Three Decades of Precision, Pride, and Protection
From our 1992 founding under Mark DiMinico to Scott Sprague's 17+ years of mastery and complete sole ownership in 2026.
Founded by Mark DiMinico
Started as a sole proprietorship under the trade name Exterior Images, providing residential and commercial painting throughout southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Mark established a regional reputation for meticulous preparation and durable paint jobs.
Mastering the Trade from the Ground Up
Scott Sprague joined Exterior Images as a dedicated full-time painter. Over the next 12 years, Scott personally prepped, primed, and coated thousands of New England structures, mastering architectural weatherproofing, lead-safe practices, and rot-remediation carpentry.
Management & Owning Partnership
The business re-formed into Exterior Images LLC with owning members Mark DiMinico and Scott Sprague. Scott assumed active management, expanded the company's commercial pressure washing and architectural carpentry capabilities, and oversaw daily field execution.
Mark DiMinico Retires; Scott Sprague Takes Complete Ownership
In January 2026, Mark DiMinico officially retired, completely exiting corporate ownership. Scott Sprague took over 100% of Exterior Images LLC, becoming the sole owner, operator, and employee. The company continues its legacy of uncompromising quality with direct owner accountability on every single project.
