1. Human Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every physical service provided by Exterior Images LLC is performed 100% by human hands. Scott Sprague personally climbs the ladders, operates the pressure washing equipment, replaces rotted carpentry boards, applies primer, and brushes and rolls every topcoat. No artificial intelligence or automated robotics are involved in our physical painting or contracting craftsmanship.

2. How AI & Automation Are Utilized

We leverage ethical, modern automated tools strictly for administrative and operational efficiency:

• Lead Triage & Routing: Automation workflows (powered by n8n) parse incoming website contact forms and dispatch instant SMS alerts to Scott Sprague’s mobile device.
• Photo Quality Optimization: Algorithms are used to balance lighting and contrast on jobsite photos so clients can clearly inspect surface prep and color accuracy on mobile screens.
• Scheduling & Weather Alerts: Automated weather monitoring queries public NOAA/NWS data to help anticipate humidity delays and notify clients in the Client Portal.
• Draft Assistance: AI language models may be used to assist Scott in drafting initial scope descriptions or technical policy updates, all of which are reviewed and approved by human management.
